This page explains how to delete your data in the games Alper Akar publishes on Google Play: Night Desk, Globall, Lunagol, Mundle, Gridboss, Monsterfall (formerly Dice Delve), Gilded Casino, Spades Lodge, Gilded Blocks, Solitaire Terrace, Fireside Words, Lakeside TriPeaks, Jade Pavilion Mahjong, Inkwell Sudoku, Stained Glass Stars, Reef Marbles and Cipher Desk. None of these games has accounts or servers of its own, so there is no account to close. Your progress is stored on your device, and Google handles ads and Google Play Games.

1. Your progress on your device

Each game keeps your progress, settings and statistics only on your phone or tablet. To delete them, open Android Settings → Apps, choose the game, then Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the game. Everything is deleted at once and cannot be restored. We keep no copy.

2. Google Play Games (Monsterfall, Gilded Casino, Spades Lodge, Gilded Blocks)

If you are signed in to Google Play Games, Monsterfall, Gilded Casino, Spades Lodge and Gilded Blocks use it for achievements, leaderboards and a copy of your progress. To delete this, open the Google Play Games app, go to your profile, then Settings → Delete Play Games account & data. There you can delete one game's data or your whole Play Games profile. Google deletes it under its own policies; we never receive it.

3. Advertising data (Google AdMob)

The games show ads from Google AdMob only when you choose to watch one. To delete your advertising ID, open Android Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (on older phones, Reset advertising ID). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you can also change your ad consent in each game's settings. Google keeps advertising data as described at policies.google.com/technologies/retention.

4. Usage statistics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

The games send usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) linked only to a random ID, never to your name, email or advertising ID. Because we cannot tell which records are yours, they are deleted automatically: usage statistics after at most 14 months, crash reports after 90 days. Clearing a game's storage or uninstalling it starts a new random ID, so nothing new is linked to the old one.

5. Ask us

Email aa@alperakar.com and name the game. We reply within 30 days. The games send us no name, email or other directly identifying data, so there is nothing else for us to delete. We delete your email within 30 days of replying.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Clearing a game's storage deletes all of its progress, coins or chips, settings and statistics on that device, immediately and permanently.
  • Deleting a game's Play Games data removes its achievements, leaderboard scores and saved progress from your Play Games account.
  • We keep no data that identifies you. Usage statistics and crash reports tied to a random ID are deleted after at most 14 months (statistics) and 90 days (crash reports). Google keeps advertising and Play Games records only as its own policies describe.
  • Emails about deletion are deleted within 30 days of our reply.

Bu oyunların hiçbirinde kendi hesabı ya da sunucusu yoktur; kapatılacak bir hesap yoktur. İlerlemen cihazında durur; reklamları ve Google Play Oyunlar'ı Google yönetir.

1. Cihazındaki ilerleme

Her oyun ilerlemeni, ayarlarını ve istatistiklerini yalnız telefonunda ya da tabletinde tutar. Silmek için Android Ayarlar → Uygulamalar'da oyunu seç, sonra Depolama → Depolama alanını temizle'ye dokun ya da oyunu kaldır. Her şey bir anda silinir ve geri getirilemez. Elimizde kopyası yoktur.

2. Google Play Oyunlar (Monsterfall, Gilded Casino, Spades Lodge, Gilded Blocks)

Google Play Oyunlar'da oturum açıksa Monsterfall, Gilded Casino, Spades Lodge ve Gilded Blocks başarımlar, sıralamalar ve ilerlemenin bir kopyası için onu kullanır. Silmek için Google Play Oyunlar uygulamasında profiline git, sonra Ayarlar → Play Oyunlar hesabını ve verileri sil. Orada tek bir oyunun verisini ya da bütün Play Oyunlar profilini silebilirsin. Google bunları kendi politikalarına göre siler; bu veriler bize hiç gelmez.

3. Reklam verileri (Google AdMob)

Oyunlar Google AdMob reklamını yalnız sen izlemeyi seçince gösterir. Reklam kimliğini silmek için Android Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar → Reklam kimliğini sil'e git (eski telefonlarda Reklam kimliğini sıfırla). Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de reklam iznini her oyunun ayarlarından da değiştirebilirsin. Google reklam verilerini policies.google.com/technologies/retention sayfasında anlatıldığı gibi saklar.

4. Kullanım istatistikleri ve çökme raporları (Google Firebase)

Oyunlar kullanım istatistiklerini (Firebase Analytics) ve çökme raporlarını (Firebase Crashlytics) yalnız rastgele bir kimliğe bağlı gönderir; adına, e-postana ya da reklam kimliğine asla bağlanmaz. Hangi kaydın senin olduğunu ayırt edemediğimiz için kendiliğinden silinirler: kullanım istatistikleri en çok 14 ay, çökme raporları 90 gün sonra. Oyunun depolama alanını temizlemek ya da oyunu kaldırmak yeni bir rastgele kimlik başlatır; yeni hiçbir şey eskisine bağlanmaz.

5. Bize yaz

aa@alperakar.com adresine oyunun adını yazarak e-posta gönder. 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Oyunlar bize ad, e-posta ya da seni doğrudan tanıtan başka bir veri göndermediği için silinecek başka bir şey yoktur. E-postanı yanıtladıktan sonra 30 gün içinde sileriz.

Ne silinir, ne kalır

  • Bir oyunun depolama alanını temizlemek, o cihazdaki bütün ilerlemeyi, jeton ve çipleri, ayarları ve istatistikleri hemen ve kalıcı olarak siler.
  • Bir oyunun Play Oyunlar verisini silmek, başarımlarını, sıralama puanlarını ve kayıtlı ilerlemesini Play Oyunlar hesabından kaldırır.
  • Seni tanıtan hiçbir veri tutmayız. Rastgele kimliğe bağlı kullanım istatistikleri en çok 14 ay, çökme raporları 90 gün sonra silinir. Google reklam ve Play Oyunlar kayıtlarını yalnız kendi politikalarında anlattığı kadar tutar.
  • Silme ile ilgili e-postalar yanıtımızdan sonra 30 gün içinde silinir.
